Returns Policy

Faulty Items

We always strive to provide the highest quality products and service. If you have received an item that is faulty, you may ask for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Returns must meet the following:

  • Return to us within 30 days with order number
  • Items must be unused, undamaged and in original condition and packaging


Excluded items:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Used items
  • Subscriptions
  • Shipping costs
  • Digital downloads


You will not be entitled to a refund or return if:

  • You have changed your mind
  • You no longer need the item
  • You ordered the incorrect quantity, size or colour
  • Delivery timeframes have been delayed by the transporter


Returning items to us

Package the item in a shipping bag or box that will prevent damage in transit. We recommend similar packaging to what you received the item in originally. If possible, include the original box for the returned item.

Glitter Haven takes no responsibility for items that are returned to us, become lost or not delivered. If you are concerned about loss or damage in transit, you should consider adding tracking and/or insurance. However, this is at your sole discretion, and Glitter Haven makes no representations or warranties in relation to the security of returned item/s.

Upon receipt of the item/s, we will inspect them and if they are returned in accordance with this Returns Policy and we approve your return, we will issue you with a refund, exchange or store credit.

All refunds will be issued via the same payment method used to purchase the item/s. There may be delays in the provision of the refund that may be caused by the issuing bank. Please contact us if you have not received your refund within five (5) days of us notifying you that a refund has been issued.


Incorrect Orders

We make every effort to ensure your orders are correct every time. However, on the rare occasion you have received an incorrect order, please contact us at so we can resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
