Subscription fee amount
Subscription fees are payable monthly, and your subscription will automatically renew at the same time each month using the payment details provided to us, until the subscription is cancelled.
The subscription rates are posted on our website and in your account and we may vary these from time to time. If you change your subscription package in the future, the change in the subscription payment amount will take effect at the next billing cycle.
Your subscription box will be sent to you on the next business day following a successful payment.
Processing times may be delayed during peak or sale periods, and public holidays. We will advise of such delays via our website and social media channels.
Once shipped, we are no longer responsible for the parcel. We are also not responsible for lost or damaged parcels, or delivery timeframes.
If you are concerned about the delivery of your parcel, please contact us as we are more than happy to open an enquiry with the transporter on your behalf.
You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.
If you enter an incorrect address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense. We are also not responsible for processing delays due to incorrect or missing information.
If you submit your order and then realise that you have entered an incorrect delivery address or delivery instructions, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
FREE shipping is included with your subscription box.
We may use Parcel Post or Sendle for deliveries. Both options include tracking.
All tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.
- Parcel Post (Australia) – up to 6 business days
- Sendle (Australia – Road Courier) – up to 10 business days
We shall be under no obligation to provide The Service if the subscription fee is not paid to us on time. The Account Holder must ensure that we have complete and accurate billing and contact information throughout the subscription period, including the full name of the Account Holder, its address, and a billing contact email address. The Account Holder represents and warrants that he/she (a) has the legal capacity to agree to these Terms & Conditions; and (b) is the credit/debit card holder or he/she has the prior permission of the credit/debit card holder; if either (a) or (b) are not true, Glitter Haven Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate The Service permanently at our discretion. If subscription fees become overdue, because for example the Account Holder's credit card has expired, we reserve the right to suspend your access to The Service until the balance is paid and we may close the Account Holder's account permanently.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason. Upon cancellation of a subscription you will continue to receive the subscription benefit until the end of the current billing cycle, and no future payments will be taken.
Cancellation by you
You can cancel your subscription at any time by using the "Cancel" option in your "Account Settings" page, or by emailing us at email@example.com. No further subscription fees will be billed, and no refund will be made of any subscription fees already billed and paid.
Suspension and closure by us
If you (or any other user of the account) fails to abide by these Terms of Service, or if payment of the subscription fees is not paid on time, we reserve the right to suspend your access to The Service or permanently cancel the account. If we withdraw access to The Service because these Terms of Service have been breached, no refund will be payable by us. We also reserve the right to close any account for any reason, by giving one months’ notice.
