Processing

We try to process your order asap, but please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed. THIS IS IN ADDITION TO AUSTRALIA POST DELIVERY TIMES. See delivery time estimates below.

Processing times may be delayed during peak or sale periods, and public holidays. 

Shipping prices are subject to change without notice and all shipping time frames are an estimate only and cannot be guaranteed.

On rare occasions, an item may become out of stock at the time of your purchase. If this occurs, we will replace your item with a similar substitute item or offer you a refund or credit if a similar substitute is not available.

Once shipped, we are no longer responsible for the parcel. We are also not responsible for lost or damaged parcels, or delivery timeframes.

If you are concerned about the delivery of your parcel, please contact us as we are more than happy to open an enquiry with the transporter on your behalf.

 

You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.

If you enter an incorrect address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense. We are also not responsible for processing delays due to incorrect or missing information.

If you submit your order and then realise that you have entered an incorrect delivery address or delivery instructions, please email us immediately at enquiries@glitterhaven.com.au

 

Shipping

Orders are shipped from the Gold Coast in Australia.

Domestic orders within Australia, may choose between Parcel Post and Express Post. Both options include tracking.

We offer FREE shipping including tracking for domestic orders $100+ (not available during storewide sales and excludes bulk items). 

We do not currently have a pickup service available.

International shipping prices are displayed at the checkout and are in AUD and include tracking. Any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.

 

Shipping times

- Parcel Post (Australia) – up to 6 business days + up to 2 business days processing

- Express Post (Australia) – between 1 and 2 business days + up to 2 business days processing

- Sendle (Australia – Road Courier) – up to 10 business days + up to 2 business days processing

- International – 10+ business days + up to 2 business days processing
